Return & Refund Policy

At GameArcadeZone, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing from our store. We understand that buying arcade games and gaming equipment is an investment, which is why we’ve created a fair and transparent Return & Refund Policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it ships (exceptions apply for custom or made-to-order products).

  • Custom Orders: Custom-built or made-to-order arcade units cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started. These are built specifically for you, and all sales are final.

If you’re unsure whether your order qualifies as custom, please contact our team before purchasing.

Refunds & Returns

  • Customers have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return (brand-specific policies may apply – please check product pages).

  • Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • You are responsible for return shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee may apply.

  • If you wish to exchange your item, you are also responsible for shipping both ways.

  • Refunds will only be processed once the returned product has been inspected and approved.

Note: Not all products are eligible for returns due to manufacturer restrictions. Please reach out to confirm eligibility.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in shipping, but damages may occur during transit:

  • Inspect your package upon delivery and report any visible damage within 24 hours.

  • Provide photos or videos of the damage, packaging, and SKU to our support team.

  • If reported in time, we will assist with an insurance claim and replacement process.

Failure to report damages within 24 hours may void your claim.

Warranties

  • Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer. Please see product pages for details.

  • Warranties cover functional issues but do not apply to damage caused after delivery.

  • Products damaged upon arrival must be reported within 30 days; otherwise, it will not qualify as a warranty claim.

BOGO Promotions

For Buy-One-Get-One offers:

  • Both items must be returned for a full refund.

  • If only one item is returned, you may receive a replacement or store credit for its standalone value.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping and restocking fees (if applicable).

Chargebacks

We are committed to resolving issues directly and fairly. Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us delays the resolution process. Fraudulent chargebacks will be treated as theft and may result in legal action.
