Return & Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h1>\n

At GameArcadeZone<\/strong>, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing from our store. We understand that buying arcade games and gaming equipment is an investment, which is why we\u2019ve created a fair and transparent Return & Refund Policy<\/strong>. Please read carefully before making a purchase.<\/p>\n

Order Cancellations<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Before Shipment<\/strong>: You may cancel your order free of charge<\/strong> at any time before it ships (exceptions apply for custom or made-to-order products).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Custom Orders<\/strong>: Custom-built or made-to-order arcade units cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started. These are built specifically for you, and all sales are final.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    If you\u2019re unsure whether your order qualifies as custom, please contact our team before purchasing.<\/p>\n

    Refunds & Returns<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      Customers have 30 days from delivery<\/strong> to initiate a return (brand-specific policies may apply \u2013 please check product pages).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      You are responsible for return shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee<\/strong> may apply.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      If you wish to exchange your item, you are also responsible for shipping both ways.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Refunds will only be processed once the returned product has been inspected and approved.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Damaged or Defective Items<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      We take great care in shipping, but damages may occur during transit:<\/p>\n

        Failure to report damages within 24 hours may void your claim.<\/p>\n
